When it comes to winning the “don’t let them slip through the cracks” game in respect to our patients and recare, it is no easy task. Continuous scrambling to fill what was once a full schedule the day before and now has more holes than a slice of Swiss cheese makes it very difficult to create a sound system. While it is important and necessary that the hygiene team help enlist their past due patients when they have open time, it still isn’t a consistent option either.
