This 9 month program targets your areas of challenge immediately while transforming every area of the hygiene department as we walk through our 10 step proprietary High Performance Hygiene system. Working together with you and your team, we'll create clear systems and protocols to transform your hygiene department into a thriving part of your business that serves both your patients and your practice with high quality service and profitability. The first 6 months are spent on focused in-person coaching and training support from me while the following 3 months are designed to help you build your hygiene service mix and encourage the hygiene team to step up as leaders in your practice.

"Kick Start" Coaching
This 4 month in-office coaching program is for teams that want to 'kick start' their hygiene team's service and productivity. The doctor chooses 1 key area of hygiene growth and we spend time in person creating new strategies to boost effectiveness and profitability in that focus area. Before the in-office visits we prepare for fast results by identifying and clearing any obstacles that may have held you back and planning for instant growth.

Profitable Perio Virtual Coaching Program
During this 4 month virtual group coaching program, you'll have access to everything you need to get your team on the same page with a perio diagnosis and treatment protocol that supports your patients in health and your practice in productivity.

Monthly opportunities for personal and group coaching will give you the support you need to put what you learn on the webinars into action. Hygiene Analysis Report
This service analyzes the five key areas of a hygiene department: perio percentage, supply and demand, service mix, recare and scheduling and profitability. The report will tell you just where your hygiene team stands in each area and specific strategies for improvement. This report alone can create a roadmap for growth for a team with very strong leadership and implementation skills. It may also be a stepping stone toward the "Maximum Growth" and/or the "Kick Start" programs.

• One 30 minute web meeting to perform the Virtual Chart Audit to analyze your hygiene department's effectiveness in the areas of perio charting, documentation, diagnosis and treatment planning
