As founder of Inspired Hygiene, Rachel Wall serves the dental community as a hygiene consultant and speaker. Passionate about service, Rachel coaches dental teams to build highly productive hygiene departments by creating and implementing systems for high quality periodontal care, enrolling restorative care through hygiene and managing the logistics of a high performance hygiene department.

Stacy McCauley, RDH, MS

For over 18 years, Stacy McCauley has entrenched herself in almost every facet of dental hygiene. As a native Midwesterner, she began her journey in the world of dentistry in 1993 as a full time dental hygienist. Loving her clinical career, but curious about what other doors might be open to her, she found a new home in the Tarheel state as a graduate student in the Master of Science in Dental Hygiene Education program at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After obtaining her MS degree, she began a longstanding career in both university-based dental school teaching and in the fast paced arena of the corporate dental industry.

As a member of the Inspired Hygiene team, Stacy is a bundle of energy wrapped in a package full of organization, professionalism, fairness, and inspiration. Wearing many hats professionally, Stacy maintains her "cutting edge" on all things dental, as a clinical instructor at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also well known as a communications facilitator, international speaker, practice coach and writer. You might have seen her present at meetings such as: The ADHA Annual Session, RDH Under One Roof, The American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session, the Greater New York Dental Meeting, Seattle Study Club, and many more. Allison Teel, RDH, BS

With over 30 years of experience as a clinical hygienist, hands-on trainer and hygiene faculty member for two Southern California colleges, Allison Teel is a powerful presence in the dental industry. Her clinical skills include a mastery of anesthetics, ergonomics and ultrasonic therapy as well as laser periodontal therapy with the Nd: YAG, Erbium and Diode lasers.

Allison is Inspired Hygiene's in-house laser expert. She works with our clients during hands-on workshops, webinars and phone coaching to train clinical skills as well as implementation of laser assisted perio therapy. She has the ability to inspire teams to deliver cutting edge patient care while creating a productive hygiene department. You may have heard Allison present at the famous Townie Meeting, our own Profitable Perio Online Workshop and study clubs across SoCal. She has a passion for educating every patient toward a balance in their total body health and spends countless hours every year sharing her message and skills for several non-profit dental clinics which serve women and children throughout Southern California.
